These pencil skirts are anti-wrinkle, polyester and spandex blend (Medium Weight material). No slits. Elastic (roomy) waist. It measures 27" inches for regular sizes and 29" inches for plus sizes. It has no slit and is very stretchy for lots of comfortable movement.
