These pencil skirts are anti-wrinkle, polyester and spandex blend (Medium Weight material). No slits. Elastic (roomy) waist. It measures 32" inches for regular sizes and 33" inches for plus sizes. It has no slit and is very stretchy for lots of comfortable movement.
